Performing Post Actions

The Post Actions menu allows the front desk user to perform activities such as add, edit, and delete folios. It also allows users to post charges to a guest’s folio. When a reservation is created, a folio record is also created in association with the guest or group master record. Folios are where all charges and credits such as room charges, packages, dining tickets, and deposits are recorded and managed.

The Post Actions menu consists of the Manager Adjustments, Post Charges, and Credit Card Interface options.
